psu: corsair cx 500w
graphics card: geforce gt 730
ram: kingston 4gb
cpu: intel pentium dual core 3.1ghz
hard drive: seagate 500gb
i'm on a limited budget so should i buy any motherboard ?(recommend a cheap one)
or should i buy a particular one ?

The $40 GIGABYTE GA-H81M-S1 is a good option.
But you will need to ask superbiiz guys for a BIOS update in order to use it w/ a Haswell Refresh Pentium.

Sure. Get yourself a more expensive H97 motherboard like that $70 ASRock H97 Anniversary ATX i first told you about

You could do the BIOS update yourself. You just need to borrow an older Haswell cpu. Any H81 will works fine w/ a new Haswell Refresh cpu after this BIOS update.
