I think the system is pretty good but if anyone has anything better for about 600-650 dollars I am open to suggestions. The main reason for this thread though is the power supply is very bad. I am limited in my choices of power supply as I don't live in the USA. I have cooler master, corsair, gigabyte and thermaltake as locally available brands so a suggestion for better power supply from one of them will be appreciated. I am not willing to spend more than 50-60 us dollars approximately.

Thanks

Solution
1. Get the R9 270x
2. Try getting international shipping from amazon.com to get the EVGA ect psu. If you can't do then get the Corsair CX psu. I had a 2 and their not bad just you might want to replace them as soon as a problems comes. For example if the fans gets louder and you tried cleaning it or your graphics card isn't getting enough power, please then just replace it.

You might need to buy a PCI wifi card because you can only use ethernet right now.

Thanks for your replies guys, :)

@Bhavneet Pannu : I don't live in USA. Asrock is not available locally where I live, neither is EVGA. Can you please provide recommendations from Asus, MSI, Gigabyte, Cooler Master, Thermaltake and Corsair products as these are the only brands available to me.

@anakie13: I shall take your good experience with TR2 into consideration. Thanks :)

Yes he has a Windows 8 for Students key he got through his university. I will also look into the gigabyte motherboard suggestion but what I am really looking for is a power supply suggestion. Can you think of anything better from corsair, cooler master, gigabyte and thermaltake than the TR2 500W currently in the build ?? EVGA, Seasonic, Antec etc brand are not available in my country. Finally the R9 280 is almost 250 USD in my country and my cousin really can't afford it. The GTX 750ti is approximately equal to the price of R9 270x here. Is it worth the change to R9 270x from the GTX 750ti?? I was under the impression that the GTX 750ti is the better card.

Yes I checked out the R9 270x after you suggested it and it beats the GTX 750ti in raw performance. And the corsair cx500v2 is available locally around 70 USD approximately. But if I get the corsair one then the budget for the graphics card suffers. But then again a good psu is like a good foundation of a building so I guess I will go with the corsair psu and R9 270x gpu. Thanks a lot for your help.
