Gaming PC Build Compatibility Check

I'm building/ordering a new PC soon and I wanted to make sure all of these parts are compatible. And I wanted to make sure the current power supply is good enough.

I agree with Logain on nearly every point. AM3 is "dead", but so too is LGA 1150 in a similar way. Doesn't mean you can't get some nice components on them that will last a while. I'm not a fan of the FX-8000 ships for gaming first systems. The 6300 will save some money and is a better value. Or spend just a little more and switch over to a locked i5 for $180.

In the $200 range for a GPU, the 960 isn't bad, but definitely get the 2GB version instead.

And yes, that PSU is a bad idea.

What is your budget for this? Those part choices are not very good. PSU is not a quality unit. The 4gb GTX 960 is just a marketing gimmick. FX 8350 is old, hot, and slow. AM3+ is dead. Cheaper to buy a single 2tb drive. Apevia cases are questionable quality as well.
