it should be in a .iso format

This is a CD file. You use this file in conjunction with a number of free pieces of software (Daemon Tools Lite, Imgburn, etc) to either burn the iso onto a CD or make a bootable USB from. You can then use that to install Windows onto a fresh PC with.
