Recommended best memory for Z97N-Gaming 5 Mobo

I know all memory isn't exactly created equal. I am just finishing up on my new build and wondering if anyone could recommend which memory to go with. I'm going to do 16GB on a mini-itx Z97N-Gaming 5 Mobo.

Been looking at these two types here

Kingston Hyper Fury X 16gb 1866MHZ or Corsair Vengence Pro 16Gb 2400MHz

Any recommendations?

To me the CAS latency is the one i mostly look at. I try to stay with the lowest i can get. The one reason DDR4 isn't that much beter for desktop right now because the CAS latency is higher. The video guides i've seen say that higher then 1600 you get diminishing returns. don't really have much of an opinion other then that.
