best CPU / MB combo for the money? (£200 max)

so my friend is a skint flint and I managed to get him to but a entry level GPU (sapphire R7 260x) and a decent PSU (corsair 750watt) but now hes got the biggest bottle neck in the world with a whopping intel Pentium E5700 duel core processor ! HAHA

so hes after a budget processor (I suggested an i5 4590 for £150 or so) I know AMD processors are cheaper but alas ive always gone for intel over amd so cant suggest him one, I think maybe the

also he will need a good motherboard to go with it too, so a good suggestion for one of those within budget would be great !

The Gaming 5's are excellent performers but the Giga is usually cheaper and has less returns.

I can't recommend an AMD based CPU builkd at your friend's budget level.

I also can't recommend any Corsair 750 watter other then those from the HX/AX lines ... the RM, \and every model with a "C" in it are dogs
