I have a question about my RAM... I am building a PC

As far as speed and timings are concerned there really no difference unless you're going strictly for appearance or you need the low profile memory because your CPU cooler doesn't provide enough clearance. Otherwise both brands are great but the Gskills are IMO tend to be better for overclocking if you're in to that sort of thing.

Thanks... I do plan on overclocking, both my CPU and my GPU. My CPU is an Intel Pentium G3258, my motherboard is a ASRock Z97 Anniversary, and my GPU is an AMD Sapphire R7 260X. Are there any programs you would recommend for overclocking?

Overclocking the GPU you can use MSI Afterburner since it works with 99% of the video cards out there but when it comes to overclocking most if not everyone will advise that it's best done through the BIOS. I'm not familiar with overclocking Intel CPU's so and I believe the one you're using in a dual core anniversary edition so I'm not sure if it's possible. I'd make a new post asking that particular question.
