Thanks alot CTurbo! You did miss the cooler and the ram in your part list, but when I added them to the part picker [changed the ram to a G.skill ripjaws instead of crucials, if you suggest something else please comment again] it still will probably be worth since I heard intel CPU's are better bang for your buck. As for IntelTurtle respectively, thank you for telling me the CPU cooler comes with thermal paste, and I don't think the games I want to be playing will have any struggle with a dual core [rust, rising storm 2, fallout 4] unless they totally screw up the optimization for those games.

lol you don't need no stinking RAM!
The stock cooler would be just fine. You could always add one later if you feel the stock one is too noisy.
You could scrap the optical drive and/or fan if you need to make it cheaper.
