So here's the thing. I know my card is a few years old, but it's always worked well. My old computer ran Vista (which was horrible, I know), but I got a different one with windows 7.
Basically I took my power supply and gpu out of old rig and transplanted them to new one. Neither rig is high end by any means, but should give me some playability at mid to low settings.
Now for my issue: I noticed every time I game now my cpu usage goes up to 99% immediately and the comp gags up horribly. I also noticed that the fan on my gpu doesn't come on anymore. I have deduced this to mean that my computer isn't using the cpu or RAM on my graphics card, and instead using the stock cpu and RAM.
Anyone have any ideas as to what could be happening or how to fix it?
