Every games gets really laggy to the point of unplayable. League of Legends has fps 05 which is ridiculous. Most of the times youtube videos are not playable since they stutter and stops every 0.01 second. However, sometimes it plays fine. This also includes videos that I downloaded to the computer. But if I tried to run a game, everything goes back to shitters again. Cleanup and command prompt sometimes help restoring it back for a bit but as soon as I try to launch a game.. poof gone.
I've tried basically everything. All my drivers are up to date. My ram is usually at 28% while cpu is at 9%.
