I'm going to be buying a new graphics card, and I've decided to get an R9 390 if my pc can handle it. What I'm worried about is if my psu will be able to handle it.

The 9590 and 290x's power consumption during gaming load is 450W, Your CX600 can supply 550W's of power on its dedicated 12v rail.

You should be fine, Even with the 390 OC'ed a little.
