Looked it up and it seems that the manufacturer has changed the amount of fans (2) that come with the Spec-03.

(Used to only have 1 fan set as an outtake as far as I remember.)

Though if you are looking for the best possible cooling performance in your system I'd recommend getting a pair of Venturi 140MM's for the front and use ths stock fans as an intake on the bottom and an outtake up front.
