difference between these gpus(which 1 better)

The 2G version has a slightly higher base clock rate on OC mode than the 2GD5T OC, All else is same for both cards.
msi GTX 960 2GD5T OC doesn't have the Twin Frozr V cooling solution, but gtx 960 based cards run cool anyway so this shouldn't really make a difference if your not looking to overclock the card to the max. Otherwise there is only difference in the oc clocks like skiller 712 said.
