I am looking to buy and build a pic and this is what I'd come up with - http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/tGmKD3 - it's in Canadian so if you choose to edit the build and suggest it that would be appreciated also my budget is 500 CAD no more. I will be making YouTube videos and streaming on this computer, I will not be playing very extreme and hard games to run. ( minecraft, battlefield 4 .. Hardline skyrim cs.go gmod stuff lik that. I would love to get some feedback. Thanks

You can discard you GPU and get a better CPU which can handle your needs for video editing and games at medium settings like this build:

The selected i3 can handle games and video editing very well. It has an integrated HD Graphics 4600. Instead, if you want to buy the gtx, it consumes much power and I think you would need a stronger PSU, but also your pentium CPU would not keep up with the GPU.

CPU cooler is needed on intel. If not, the CPU will be limited in games. I know from my experiences with i5 and i7 CPUs. On the other hand, if you go with pentium CPU it will limit your power.
