How many skyrim mods can this pc handle

most gameplay mods doesnt impact the performance much, so basicly youll be able to cram alot of mods until you're fed up with the crashes. try using Skyrim Mod Organizer (search it in nexusmod) to filter out some compatibility issues and load order. using SMO with Skyrim Script Extender (SKSE) might also helps with some mods(but also can create more issues).

my suggestion, dont use(turn on) all mod you've just downloaded all at once, try it one by one so you can detect wich mod is creating the issue.
