How can i determine that i have clocked mu gpu too much? I heard that you have too much clock if the screen starts to flicker or the gpu overheats but are there any other ways i can know if i have too much clock?

If you benchmark it and the score goes down, then the overclock is starting to become unstable. You may also get artifacts on screen.
