Very bad internet connection on brand new Windows 8 laptop

Hi there,

I recently bought this new Lenovo Y70-70 laptop with windows 8.1 pre-installed on it, it works perfectly fine and everything but the problem is that it just won't stay connected to the internet via WiFi, and if it does menage to connect the connection is very bad. I haven't tried LAN connection because i don't have the right cable.

Could anyone help me with this please?

Thanks for replying but the problem s not the router. I tried opening websites on my laptop but it didn't work but when i tried it on my iphone and ps4 I had absolutely no problem :/

I have a y40 and had a similar issue. I found that the included Intel PROset/wireless drivers caused the problem. You should remove it and stick to Realtek wireless drivers.
