Hello I have had this problem now for a while and I am starting to investigate the issue now. I have inserted a new GPU which is the GTX 960 (I have taken it out for now) and when I click the GPU in place it has some distance between the slot its meant to be screwed on to. I can pull it to put it in line but that leaves it at a slant and it really puts me off. Its the same with the Wifi card I have to put force to try and get it to the slot and that leaves a parts of the pins on both cards sticking out on the right hand sign. I brought to PC for a company called CCL and they put this together and I am going to assume something isn't right if none of the slots can't reach my GPU and Wifi card without a tugging and having them stick out a bit. The pictures should show the placement of where they are and should show me holding the GPU and the gap between the slot and the card. Could something be done to try and straighten this out?

Ok looking at that link you posted there are some complaints about the case being flimsy, Its very possible the mounting plate inside the case is bent, and based on that angle the motherboard may be mounted incorrectly like I said.

If you feel up to it I'd take the whole deal apart and try to bend the plate back into place and then properly line up and mount the motherboard.

Your problem is you have a micro ATX board and the case you are installed in is a full ATX (probably - hard to tell from pics), it likely was mounted to line up the ports with the back of the case, but the standoffs don't line up with where the board should be. DO you know what brand the case is?

It appears that either your motherboard is not fully screwed down or (more likely) the case is bent. I have had some cases when they dont line up perfectly but good enough to screw them in. You case however is way out of wack.

First thing I would do is make sure the motherboard is firmly screwed down (don't over tighten it), and it that doesn't help you can either RMA the case back (if possible) or you can remove the VGA and WiFi card and try bending the case to a proper position then reinserting the cards to see if you can securely attach them. You shouldnt have all those copper connectors that visible in the PCI-Express slot, and there shouldn't be that much gap in the back.

@Rouge Leader mATX uses the same holes as ATX just 3 less of them (ones at the bottom).

Ok will do, I have lots of trouble with this PC such as really tight screws. Seems like the people who made it were not cautious to think. So I have to pop in the back plate then should I try unscrewing the Motherboard and moving it into place or the back bit behind the motherboard. Anyway going to open this thing up right now.

Take all the components out, and if possible remove the back plate (where the motherboard mounts to) and make sure its flat, if not flatten it out. Then try to line up the board properly with all the holes and mount it back in there.

Ok the motherboard is out and the back plate can't be removed but I noticed its a bit dented so i might try pushing it forward and dent it so its about right
