What's the best fan for a 140mm radiator?

I have an nzxt kraken x41 and the fan on that thing is LOUD, Is there any better replacements? It has to be static pressure, I was looking at a couple of noctuas but they don't say they were static pressure.

Noctua NF-A14A FLX has high static pressure. They also come in 120mm. Its probably your best bet for a radiator from Noctua. They also come with an amazing 6 year warranty.
