Earlier today I managed to spill half a glass of water on my table and some of it dripped down into my computer and caused a shortening which led to my computer shutting down. I am pretty sure the CPU is fine but the motherboard and GPU got water on them, so I am sure enough about the motherboard that I ordered another one. (Very possible the GPU was destroyed too) I am wondering though if I should be worried about other components being potentionally broken too. I will see tomorrow if the motherboard solves it but something tells me i will need to replace a lot more.. thankful for any advice!

As you say, you won't know what else needs replacing until you install the new motherboard. It might even need a new PSU.
