Hello, I am terribly sorry for bothering you, but it's just happens to be 99.999% confused right now. I have a ASRock Z87 extreme 4 motherboard, and I'm using a GTX 750 Ti model, I asked some people, and they said it's better for me to upgrade now - after one whole year that I got my pc - to a 970-980 gtx nvidia. But both of them are insanely pricey, and there are thousands of models!! :s I don't know what to do, which one to get, which one to choose? Would it fittable to my case? Or my mobo? I'm thinking of upgrading to 970, since I saw it can run games like The Witcher III and Assassin's Creed : Unity, so most of the games after these I will be able to run them, but, which model? I'm 100% interested for a gaming, I want to be able to play with high-ultra settings. Please, anyone can help me? My rig atm is :

CPU : i-5 4570 3.2 GHz
GPU : GTX 750 Ti
RAM : 8 GB
RES : 1920x1080 native

Overall statistics : very decent.

CASE : Aero Cool - Black case with some red lights -

Anyone, please, help me? Thanks for your time.

TL;DR :

Need help with upgrading my gpu from a GTX 750 Ti, to a GTX 970 but which model? There are so many, and I want to get one that can help me play the games I want on high-ultra. I can only afford until 400 euro. Please, help me....

Solution
Try dumping the Bios thru GPU-Z, then then open it up in something like NiBitor and post a screenie, there may be some indicators in there to authenticity.

evga makes the best cooler imo so their version of the 970 would get my vote, as long as it's not a reference version (the ones with the blower at one end). Also your cpu should be fine to run it, is your psu up to par (500w with 2 6pin pcie power connectors, or 1 6 and 1 8pin depending on the card manufacturer)?
