i7 4590K Temperatures with AIO liquid cooling

So I just completed a build with an i7 4590K, which I have not yet overclocked. I have attached it to a NZXT Kraken X41 all-in-one liquid cooling system, but I'm concerned the temps are running a little hot, even when idling (I've checked with three different monitoring programs: CAM, Core Temp, and HWMonitor).

Room Temp = ~30 C
CPU Core Temp ave. = 40-42 C
Temp Range = 32-77 C

If I put the fans on Silent, the temp runs around 42-45 C at 10% load. On Performance fan settings, the temp will drop to about 36-40 C at 10% load. Is this normal? I double checked all my fan connections to the motherboard and PWM fan controller, and everything looked properly hooked up. Would there be any benefit to unhooking the heat sink and reapplying new thermal paste (I'm currently using the stock paste in the Kraken).

Of note, my case also has a Sapphire R9 390, which throws out about 45-50 C at idle. Not sure if that is cranking up the temp though, since I've got 5 more fans pushing and pulling air through the case. Any advice would be appreciated.

Solution
This is quite normal according to your room temperature. Besides humidity plays a big role. CPU temperatures can get as much as 80 C or even more. So in that sense yours run very cool.

Thank you for the response! Yeah, I had read that if your CPU runs above 50-60 C for a long time, it can really decrease its lifespan. Currently, mine will spike those temps when benchmarking/intensely gaming, but it typically drops under the 50 C point afterwards. Do you think it would be safe to OC with these temps at baseline (and maybe a better air conditioning unit in my office, haha)?
