Is there any problem with netflix app? i never had this issue before installing netflix . Should I remove netflix and if so then how can i completely remove netflix from my pc?

either one, but the software talks to the driver so if you delete the driver then most likely the software will not work anyway.

start with updating your ethernet driver:
\SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\e1i63x64.sys Wed Mar 20 00:37:29 2013
from intel:http://www.intel.com/support/network/sb/CS-006120.htm

I would also turn off your overclocking driver:
Intel Extreme Tuning Utility Performance Tuning Driver
\C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\Extreme Tuning Utility\Drivers\IocDriver\64bit\iocbios2.sys Tue Jun 17 23:48:56 2014
and your second overclocking driver:
Gigabyte EasyTune driver
C:\WINDOWS\etocdrv.sys Tue Apr 16 01:20:56 2013

there are some other potential thing but these are the most likely direct causes of the failure.

machine info:
BIOS Version F9
BIOS Release Date 03/18/2014
Manufacturer Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.
Product Name Z87X-UD3H
Product Z87X-UD3H-CF
Version x.x

Processor Version Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4670K CPU @ 3.40GHz
Processor Voltage 8bh - 1.1V
External Clock 100MHz
Max Speed 7000MHz
Current Speed 3800MHz

Thank you so much . but how can i disable those drivers ?

go to windows control panel and uninstall the programs. Or, you can just delete the drivers from your system, if they are not in the hidden driver store. you can also use the pnputil.exe to remove drivers.

thank you again. just one q that i need those softwares for other purposes not for overclocking so if i only delete the driver file like - "Intel Extreme Tuning Utility Performance Tuning Driver
\C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\Extreme Tuning Utility\Drivers\IocDriver\64bit\iocbios2.sys " so for that if i only delete that iocbios2.sys without uninstalling hole software will that work ?

overclocking drivers dynamically makes changes to the electronics. The drivers will always be suspect in a failure and it is best not to debug a system with overclocking drivers installed. I would also not run 2 different overclocking drivers at the same time. Each driver will not know what changes the other driver made.

best to remove the drivers until your system is stable and you finish debugging. Then install one driver when you are done and see if your system remains stable.

but do i need to uninstall total software or do i need to delete only the driver .sys file ?

either one, but the software talks to the driver so if you delete the driver then most likely the software will not work anyway.

Thank you so much for guiding me so far. I have done all things you said and there is no more problems. You said "there are some other potential thing but these are the most likely direct causes of the failure." - so can you please tell me those "other potential thing" and how to resolve them, i just wanted to make sure ? Also please see this another very important issue of mine and if you could give some opinions on this then it would be very helpful - http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2716355/cpu-vcore-vrin-crazy.html
