Cpu for gaming and streaming at 720p

So I am planning to buy a new cpu for my gaming build. But I can't decide if I should buy a Intel Xeon 1231 or a i5(4460 preferably). I will do streaming in 720p and might do some light photoshop work or 3d modeling. The budget is tight so if the i5 does the job alright, I have no reason to buy the Xeon. So thoughts?

Note that I do not plan to overclock any cpu I buy and I will get a 750ti for my 768p monitor.

Could I aim for a 720p/60fps with an Intel Xeon and Gtx 750ti? Can an i5 4460 and a Gtx 750ti do 720p/30fps? Sorry for the noob questionsbut I never tried streaming. I have been using an Intel Pentium for 4 years :3.

I plan to stream WWE 2k15/16. As 2k15 isn't a demanding game, I don't expect 2k16 to be either. Other than that I'll mostly just play games at 720p. I believe the 750ti can do Ultra/60fps in most games?

I know R7 270 is better but I am more comfortable with Nvidia. That case would cost 70$ here since I can't order form Newegg.
