Can I run Assassin's Creed Rogue on Windows 7 Ultimate X32 bit ??????

The CPU is quad-core so that's decent enough, but trying to play Assassins Creed Rogue with an Intel HD GPU, and only 2GB RAM just isn't going to work (2GB RAM is barely enough for Windows 7, let alone running any resource-hungry software on it).
