Just want to ask you guys, what's better motherboard for me.

1. z97-k vs H97m e
2. z97-k vs MSI H97 gaming 3
3. z97-A vs MSI h97 gaming 3

That's the problem, I'm doubting to do overclocking or not, either of the two, I just want to game.
Just want to know what's best, overclocking or not ? my videocard is msi gtx 970 4gb

so a z97 motherboard wouldn't be the best option for you since your processor can not be overclocked. a h97 will do just fine. witch h97 board though is up to you, only major differences are the board layout and build quality of boards with different manufacturers.

msi has proven to be mostly reliable with their motherboards, so the gaming 3 will overall, out of the boards you have suggested, be the best option for you.
