It's been stuck like that for ages now. I see comments on other questions saying to do a full reset but I don't know how. Since I'm 16 I can't go anywhere to get it fixed. Any comments will be helpful.

what is your laptop model? A full reset varies depending on model. I can find out how to do it on yours if you give me the model

Man, it takes 4evr to "revert changes on a desktop, on your lappy it'll prob take forever squared. You prob gotta wait REALLY long is all.
