Is this build a good one for bf4, csgo, far cry 4, and super mario bros? Will I be able to record those games as well as playing them? Could I also stream if I wanted?

If you want to stream at decent quality you will want a xeon (hyper threads will help) which is basically a i7 4790 without the igpu however it can't be overclocked so you can go cheaper on the mobo.
