Which power supply should i use for my gaming pc?

Hi, below is my rig detail

CPU: Intel Core I5 4690K (overclocking)
MOBO: ASUS Z97 PRo Gamer
RAM: GSkill TridentX 2x8GB DDR3 2400mhz
GPU: Palit GTX980 Tri Fan 4GB DDR5
Cooler: Cryorig H5 Ultimate
Chassis: NZXT H440 Window Black Red
HDD: WD 1TB Caviar Blue HDD
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB SSD
OS: Microsoft Windows 8.1 Pro 64Bit

the rig builder recommend me to use Seasonic S12 II 620W PSU...
vanquish 3 level 4 is using corsair cx750m
How do i calculate all the requires W? which power supply should i choose?

which apc best to fit on my pc? appreciate your reply... thanks!

It use the total of 378 watt ( without overclocking )

So lets say it will use 450 - 550 watt if overclocked
You could get away with very good 600 watt if you're not going to sli soon.

I like to keep 100 watt headroom non usable watt to be on the safe side you could get the evga b2 850 for 84$ on amazon

And this will add headroom for sli and really big headroom for overclocking

Oh and keep in mind 850 watt is overkil for this build if you won't sli soon

PS the ram require XMP option selected in bios to use its full Power
