I had a Logitech G 105 for my main rig when I first built it. It came in a "gamer essential" pack bundled with a G100s mouse and a G230 headset, and a large mouse mat for around $70 or $80 I think it was. I used that board until the new Corsair RGB boards cam out and bought a K70 RGB in MX Brown. I also eventually replaced the mouse with a Razer Deathadder 2013. All the Logitech parts still work just fine. The keyboard is actually really nice feeling for a budget rubber dome keyboard, although the keys are a bit on the stiff side and same as Zerk, I find the back lighting to be a bit dim. For the money it is an excellent board for gaming. The same goes for the G100s. It's on my old rig now and still works perfectly. The G105 is stashed away for a backup should I ever need one.

There are a few more that are decent for below $100 off the top of my head. The Razer Deathstalker can be had for around $60 or so, around $45 for the "Essential" version. I have one of the regular Deathstalker boards on my secondary rig and I like it, though the chicklet keys take some getting used to. The Razer Anansi is around $70 and is a more traditional rubber dome board that looks pretty nice. The Corsair Rapto K30 is slightly more than a G105 at around $45 and looks a lot nicer but with the same features. The Corsair Raptor K40 is about $65 and looks really nice as well and has the option for different back lighting colors. As for mechanical, the cheapest ones that are still decent are going to be around $80 or so. The Razer Blackwidow 2014 would be a great buy at around $80.

Check out some reviews and see which one looks best for your uses. Personally I'd choose the Raptor K30 over the G105 due to it's better looks as long as it performed well. If stepping up in price it's hard to ignore the $80 Blackwidow over some of the more expensive non mechanical boards. Good luck with your decision!
