Had this Toshiba Satellite laptop for less than a week and has been stuck on the updating screen for a good 20 minutes each time I try to load up.
Ive tried powering off and back on
Tried to access Advanced Startup Settings but no buttons I push seem to have any effect, just goes from Toshiba screen to black to the updates screen
At a loss at what to do next without having access to safe mode or system restore please help!
