I only seem to be having this problem when I play Battlefield 4. After a while of gameplay, my computer will shut off and start back up and display the American Megatrends screen with that message at the bottom. I've read up on it a bit and bought an Outlet Tester, which said that both of the outlets are working correctly, so I assume that the problem's in the power supply. Do I just have to buy a new one?

Specs:
CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K
Motherboard: ASUS Z87-WS
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1600MHz
Graphics Card: GTX 780 Ti
PSU: Corsair Enthusiast Series TX850 850 Watt 80 Plus Bronze

And if it makes any difference, my displays are one monitor and one TV, both hooked up to a power strip (I only have 2 outlets under my desk).

Theoretically speaking, if one were to have no knowledge of how to do that, how do I do that?
I've also heard that anti-surge serves as a way to warn you if something is wrong in your computer, such as a faulty PSU, so would it be wiser to disable it or get a new power supply?
