I am using core i5 750 cpu and it shows around 75 degree Celsius under idle. Is it weird?

It is too high so have you cleaned the heat sink and fan on it?

I did clean 3 months back and also my cpu load & memory increases close to 100%. I don't know what is going on with my system

Sometimes my system restarts and it shows cpu temperature error press f1 to resume but this is not frequent.

Reseat the cooler with new paste and check your PC for malware!

Okay should I buy new cpu fan or stick with the old fan came with the cpu because I have ordered ZOTAC gtx 970 AMP core edition and I am bit worried

If you get an aftermarket fan you have a chance at some Overclocking on your CPU. It is what I would do.

I don't overclock

The stock cooler should do that unless it is dying!
