Hey guys, I would like to ask you if my power supply can handle this configuration. I'm about of getting new GPU : r9 290 gigabyte and was wondering if my ocz 500w is enough.

GPU: r9 290
CPU: I5 3570K @ 4.0Ghz
Power supply : ocz silencer mkIII 500w
MB: Asrock z77 extreme4

Can you recommend me which one should i get to be 100% sure it will run fine after few hours of gaming :D ?

Still UNSOLVED tho :D. Was thinking about Super Flower Golden Green 650W, 80+ Gold ?
