Will either of these 2 video cards bottleneck my current system?

Hi, I recently acquired a PC, and I would like to do some gaming with it. I am going to be doing 1080P Gaming only. The system is complete and running on onboard graphics at the moment. Here is the parts list:

Intel I5-3330 3.2Ghz w/ Hyper 212+ Cooler (Just to keep it cool)
Asrock B75-pro3-m motherboard
24GB DDR3 1600 RAM
240GB SATA3 SSD (Unsure brand at the moment)
CoolerMaster 1000W PSU

I'm looking at either getting a GTX 970 (4GB) or an R9 390 (8GB)
Both look very similar in performance, and I know the 390 will do better than it is right now when proper driver optimizations come out. I only have a $350 Budget, thus narrowing the pickings of video cards. I don't want to upgrade anything else in the computer besides adding a video card to it, and being able to play modern games with it. Will either of these bottle neck my current system? Also, which would be a better choice for my 1080P Needs? Thank you for your response!
