System Power Supply Requirements for a single Sapphire Radeon R9 280X Vapor-X 3GB GDDR5 TRI-X OC WITH BOOST (UEFI) [SKU ID: 11221-12]
• a minimum of a 600 Watt or greater system power supply is recommended. (Minimum system power requirement based on a PC configured with an Intel Core i7 3.2GHz 130 Watt TDP processor.)

The graphics card, itself, draws at most 300 Watts when it's overclocked and running Furmark Stability Testing. During gaming it reaches 211.28 Watts.
