I lubricated my 120mm fan which was making much noise with 1 or 2 drops of coconut oil.. now its working fine.. but i wanna ask that is it safe to put back?? Is there a risk of that oil spillage inside the pc??

How did you lubricate it? Did you remove the bearing seal and then oil, followed by replacement of the cap, or did you just directly oil the impeller shaft? Coconut oil wouldn't be my first choice either. This is how you should do it:

It really isn't necessary to be insulting just because somebody is either uninformed or ignorant of the proper methods. Simply explaining the RIGHT way to do things is enough. We're here to help, not insult. You may not have meant it that way, but just be more aware of the context of your posts.

Plus, since the shelf life of coconut oil is about four to six years, after it's opened, and the fact that the heat generated by a fan's bearing is unlikely to allow any kind of growth, that probably doesn't even apply here. That being said, coconut oil is also not a very good lubricant for moving parts.
