corsair vengeance PC12800 2x2 cmz4gx3m2a-1600c9b

if i would to buy r7 260x,do i still need upgrade to a faster ram or not?

DRAM really doesn't have much affect on discrete graphics cards like the 270, the system may share some system DRAM to the GPU but speed is pretty negligible
