This is not my complete setup but do you think these components will work well together? Is there anything that may bottleneck? Also will the mobo automatically overclock the supported ram to work at the same speed as my ram sticks?
Mobo: Z97M-PLUS
RAM (DDR3): HyperX Fury DDR3 1866MHz 16GB Red
GPU:Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 4GB G1 GAMING
CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K
Maybe any recommendations for the parts I dont have yet like ssd, hard-disc etc.
Thanks in Advance

There is no real budget but I'm really looking to use it for the next upcoming games in like 2016-2017. Also I wasn't to sure about this but will this mobo allow crossfire.

if there is no budget, go with a stronger graphics card to get you through the next few years. the gtx 970 is great, and maxes most new games, but soon enough it won't. you'll be forced to turn down settings. get a good, strong gpu like the gtx 980 ti, or wait for the next AMD fury to come out.

furthermore, yes that board supports crossfire, but gtx is nvidia which use SLI requiring 16 total lanes. that motherboard does not support SLI. look for the Z97-A

Would it be possible to just get a new graphics card in a year or something to replace the gtx 970 that also fits in a pci express 3.0 x16?

Yes, absolutely.

possible, yes. but not recommended. why not just spend the extra money now and have a solid card that will last more than a couple years. the 780 ti is almost 2 years old and still out performs the 970 most of the time.

This Mobo will allow crossfire and everything else with it will also work with all my other components?

yes. the RAM might not automatically overclock to 1866, but it should only require a simple "load XMP profile" to attain the overclock. a simple setting in BIOS will do it. they make it all so easy... almost like they intend it :)

Ok OP is looking to use a gtx 970 so crossfire isn't even applicable and the board doesn't support multiple gtx cards anyway.

Again why are you going with a micro z97. It almost takes away from most of the benefits of a z97 board when you go micro: usually doesn't support SLI and usually restricts airflow so overclocking is less desirable.

So I have decided to go with the ASUS Z97-A, Socket-1150 for this build and maybe someday i might want to crossfire. Any objections, comments, concerns cause i think this board is looking pretty good and its price is also quite reasonable.

Now you pretty much have my current rig, 4790k check, Asus Z97-A check, GTX 970 check. Only thing I'd say though is if you don't really have a budget then to spend more on a GPU, a 980ti is a beast.
