Hello to all! I would to ask if this build is worthy for its price, it's a 2nd hand unit and cost $577 US dollars. And i also want to ask if the HEC Cougar CMX 700W a good PSU, because i have read forum saying that it has issue such as sudden explosion on the PSU. And again I also would like to ask if what kind of avr or ups do I need to buy for this cpu? how much Volts or Watts. Sorry if I ask noob questions, since this is my first time buying a desktop pc 
and I don't have enough knowledge about it.
