Hello! Im new here, but i could use some help. I recently built a new gaming PC, and when I got everything together, I tried it out with HDMI connected to my main screen, and it worked! After that, I disconnected all the cables coming from my PSU so I could do some cable-management. I got all the cables, put them nicely away in my case and tried booting it up. Now I cant connect to my screen via HDMI (not via Mobo nor GPU), but when i tried to connect via a DVI-E-to-HDMI cable, it worked again. Now im wondering why my it isnt working using HDMI. I checked in windows, and it told me that it is connected to an APU, even if I have it connected to my GPU. What I also noticed is that my power switch and reset switch on the front panel also stopped working. What could be causing this?

Specs: CoolerMaster Storm Stryker case
MSI GTX 970 4G Gaming
MSI z97 Gaming 7 Mobo
i5-4690k with H100i GTX cooler
Corsair rm850w psu
WD Caviar green 1TB HDD from my old PC

Also when I booted into BIOS, it said that the first PCIE slot is taken: "PCIe x16 slot (PCI_E2, Gen 3) : NVIDIA Corporatin. VGA-compatible controller,Running at X16 2.5 GT/s"

It didnt do anything, and also the fans on the GPU arent spinning, but the LEDs on the card do light up.

1st monitor is some old Fujitsu full HD monitor, and I used HDMI with my old PC, and my second "screen" is a 22" Logik TV which I always used the DVI-to-HDMI cable, but the cable does work on both screens. And the ports are 1: the only HDMI port and 2: DVI-i port

It doesnt matter where i put them it only works using the DVI cable, but I was just over at a friend testing it in his PC, which is really old, and it somehow worked there, even using the HDMI port. So now im suspecting maybe there is something wrong with the mobo? And I doubt there is something wrong with the main monitor, since it works with the mobo's HDMI output, and I used the same monitor yesterday using HDMI with my old PC.
