the only thing i would suggest, is looking at an alternative to the 660. While it has 2gb vram, it has the same issue as the new 970, it has 1.5gb full speed ram, and 512mb slower ram. So the card tends to never use the last 512mb and is essentially a 1.5gb card. I know i used to have 2 of them. Would suggest a 760 or amd's equivelant r9 270x which both have full 2gb vram.
