Nvidia gtx 660 ti 2gb vs Amd r9 270x 4gb

I am thinking of upgrading my gtx 550.After doing a lot of research I am stuck between Nvidia gtx 660 to 2gb and amd r9 270x 4gb.I am leaning more towards nvidia due to their driver support and features but the amd r9 270x has greater vram.As games are starting to use more vram,I am confused between these two cards. What do you guys recommend me to buy?

270x is faster then the 660 ti

For the money, a 7950 3gb would be better and faster then either
  2. But in my country, the 7950 is out of my budget and if I get a and r9 270x.Will I be able to play upcoming games for next 2 years at least at medium settings at 1920×1080
  3. Highly Recommending the 270X Great Price : Performance
  4. OK so should I get the r9 270x 2gb version or the 4gb version because games like GTA V are starting to use more than 2gb vram at 1080p

If you are at 1080P it will make almost no difference but if you are playing a lot of GTA V the extra few bucks may be worth it!

    :D
  6. Thanks guys,really appreciate your help.Going to get the Amd r9 270x 4gb
