I am going to build a desktop with msi 990fxa motherboard, amd fx-8370 processor, msi r9 390x vga, 4*8gb hyperx fury ram, corsair water h100i, 2 another fans, 1 120gb samsung 850 evo ssd and 1tb seagatge 7200rpm. What is the best psu with 80plus certification wattage for this?

750w, but the brand/model is much more important than the wattage. A quality 650w PSU will be WAY better than a junk 750w.
