Continuous beeping, no video detected after cpu upgrade

I upgraded from a Celeron G1840 to an i5-4570s and after the installation the machine wouldn't boot. I may have bent some pins in the process and did my best to bend them back. The beeps are longer, and continuous.

The mobo in question is a Foxconn H81MX.
Adata XPG 2x4gb ram

I tested the system again with each stick and in different slots. Same effect. The beeping changes if I boot without them in. It's much higher pitched but i would assume that's normal for a boot without RAM.

Tried switching back to the old cpu and the same thing happens. Tried removing video card and booting with onboard. Same thing.

Removed CMOS battery and left unplugged for about 5 minutes. Same thing.

(Not sure if I did it right) I switched the CMOS jumper, but I'm unsure if it was done right because there are two 3-pin jumpers side by side, and the default jumper orientation is opposite on each. Held down power button while unplugged for 20 seconds with jumpers moved. Still nothing.

Machine isn't overheating to my knowledge, as the CPU is still cool to the touch.

PSU fan still turns on, same with case fan and cpu fan. All LEDs work fine.

I'm really worried that I wrecked my mobo in the process of changing a CPU. Any help will be extremely appreciated.
