PC for under $1000 (No case or PSU included in budget)

Hey folks! I was wondering what would be the best build for under $1000, I already have the case and PSU (which aren't included in the budget), so I just need the components for under 1k. One last condition: NCIX US has to have the parts. Thanks!

Note if you wanted you might be able to squeeze in a GTX 980 with less RAM or a SSD with the current config.
The Xeon build seems most balanced and a great gaming unit but it cannot overclock. :) The Xeon has 4 more virtual cores than the i5.
