Gaming PC Specifically for Bethesda Games

Hello. I'd like to build a gaming PC that can run Fallout 3, New Vegas, Skyrim, Witcher 3, and the upcoming Fallout 4 on ultra settings with many mods installed. Is there somewhere that I can buy a pre built PC that is capable of this or am I better off building my own? The reason I ask is because I am not very educated in computer or PC building terms. I am just not satisfied with what consoles have to offer anymore. Also from what I hear the modding community takes care of a lot of bugs that game developers overlook.

The game engine bethesda use is really cpu intensive, I would recommend a intel cpu for these games. You need a decent gpu but it's not the most important component for these games, this is normally not the case.
Key is clock speed pr. Core not number of cores. A 4690k @4.4 would be great
