Im looking to buy a new motherboard, which one is better for overclocking in general, which has better looks, which one give the most performance and which is better overall.if i do buy these motherboard what types of overclocks would you guys think I'll get with i5 4690k and a hyper 212 evo as a cooler.

Solution
All Z97 mobos are similar. I would go with a better cooler and a mobo like the Gigabyte Z97 Gaming 5. It is great for overclocking but the CPU controls the OC more than the mobo does with all new Intel CPU's.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($229.98 @ NCIX US)
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D14 65.0 CFM CPU Cooler ($74.99 @ Mwave)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 5 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($104.98 @ OutletPC)
Total: $409.95
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available
