CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q9650 (3.6 GHz)
Motherboard: MSI G31TM-P21
Memory: 4GB DDR2 (2x2GB) 800
GPU: 9800GT 1GB
Power Supply: 400W-450W? generic power supply

My 9800GT is getting pretty old and now reaches over 90*C. I'm looking for a new graphics card in the $100 range. I was thinking of getting a GTX 750 since it doesn't require additional power; however, I'm unsure if my CPU will bottleneck the GTX 750. I play CS: GO, League of Legends, and other casual games, such as Borderlands and Payday 2. I'm playing on a 1080p 60Hz monitor. Will my CPU be a limiting factor for a GTX 750? or should I get another card? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. I live in NA and do most of the computer shopping on Newegg.com.

My cooling solution is this: ARCTIC COOLING FREEZER 13

What if you had $250+ budget? What card would you get. Because I'm in sort of the same position. I havent overclocked my CPU yet, I do however have a 8gb of ddr3 ram. I will build a new PC in 2 years time, But right now I only want to max its capabilities GPUwise.
Would those be better; especially with an overclocked CPU? GTX 950 - GTX 960 2gb/4gb - GTX970
It's only for games and only on 1080.

I play Skyrim, Witcher 2, strategy games, S.T.A.L.K.E.R., Dragon Age 2, the Metro (redux) series.
