Hello Guys

i got new pc with intel i3 540 (1st Generation), 2gb ram and 500gb disk

I upgrated my ram to 6gb (total) and tried to format to 64bit system, but i can't. It gives me blue sreen on first restart on step 2/3 and can only install with 2gb ram. When i try put the other 4gb ram, on "loading windows" doesn't show animation of windows and keep restarting.

I tried installing with windows (Upgade) but says i can't install 32bit because i dont have 32bit system, but actually i do.

Hope there is fix :/ Thanks all!

EDIT: I also can't install with the total (6gb) on 64bit system. I can only install with 2gb ram and the 4gb windows reject it completly.

2GB RAM
4GB RAM

MotherBoard

I didn't create any partition of Hard Drive Disk (500GB). I used the format the PEN using CMD.

EDIT: I can't either install with 6GB Windows 8 Pro x64, blue sreen on #3 step (After the first restarting)

I didn't ask if you had created a partition, the partition already exists. I just asked if you'd reformatted it.
Evidently you have so that answers my question.

I tend to agree with cin19 - - some of your new RAM may be incompatible with your motherboard.

Sorry, that was my bad. No i didn't re-formatted. I just basicly run setup, choose the installation disk to C and move on.

After installing the windows 7 (32 Bits, yes, i added the 4GB RAM pressed the A-OK (Reconize the memory) on motherboard and no blue sreen, 4GB usable. 6GB in Total
